Matchmaker is a behavioral health navigation program that allows you to be matched with mental health providers who meet your specifications and schedules. The program guarantees you can get the care faster than calling around to make sure providers are taking new patients.
Thyme Care is a cancer support program that helps you and you family navigate a cancer diagnosis and treatment by offering 24/7 support. This includes help finding transportation to appointments, picking out an oncology team, and helping guide conversations about side effects in between oncology appointments or treatment. Thyme will coordinate with the patient’s providers so that both access the electronical medical records to ensure proper integration and coordination.
