Virtual care visits are available to you and your dependents who are enrolled in one of Avista’s Premera Blue Cross medical plans.

Teledoc (Formerly Livongo) combines technology with coaching to help you live a better and healthier life. When you enroll, you will receive all of the following, at no cost to you:
