Short Term Disability (STD)*

The Short Term Disability (STD) plan is designed to provide you with income if you are unable to work due to a non-occupational injury or illness.

Elimination period Benefits begin after 5 consecutive days of disability (on the sixth day)
Amount of the Benefit

60% to 100% of your salary, based on your years of service.

Maximum benefit period Up to 26 weeks
